Betj9 supports a wide range of local payment methods including FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Bank Islam, and others), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and selected credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.
Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. Deposits are typically processed within 1–5 minutes upon bank confirmation. betj9 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–24 working hours, subject to completion of KYC verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, for security purposes.
Betj9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and time limits set out separately for each promotion. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the full terms of each promotion before claiming any bonus.

Members may request to close their betj9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, any eligible balance will be returned to the member upon completion of standard verification.
